Meet the Marin Homework Coach and Tutor

Chrisport001_1000

I have been tutoring students in Marin County and San Francisco for over 15 years.

I tutor most subjects for middle and high school students, including basic math, algebra, geometry, and trigonometry. I tutor reading, writing and speaking English, English as a second language, Italian, Modern Greek and Spanish, history and science.

I help students get organized, learn to take better notes and be more confident preparing for tests such as the SAT. I have experience working with at risk youth, children with learning disabilities, as well as inmates of San Quentin State Prison. I work as a tutor for the Aspire Education Project at the Boys and Girls Club of San Francisco, Don Fisher Clubhouse.

My goal as a tutor is to help you become a better student so that eventually you will no longer need a tutor.
I have a B.A. in Comparative Literature (English, Greek, Italian and Spanish) from U.C.L.A..
I am currently completing my Masters Degree in Comparative Literature at San Francisco State University.
